Welcome to AutoPubliX ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered social media automation platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AutoPubliX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without permission.

Service Description

AutoPubliX provides a platform for social media automation, including:

• Creating and scheduling social media posts
• Publishing content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• AI-powered content generation and suggestions
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Content management and organization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Publish your content to the social media platforms you select
• Display your content within our platform interface

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish any content you post through our Service, including obtaining necessary permissions and licenses.

Social Media Platform Terms

When you connect your social media accounts to AutoPubliX, you are also subject to the terms of service and policies of those platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or changes to their APIs or policies.

You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Collect or harvest information from other users
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

Subscriptions & Free Trial

AutoPubliX offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be purchased through Paddle or, for some customers in India, Razorpay.

Eligible first-time Paddle subscribers may receive a free trial (currently up to 14 days; exact length shown at checkout). During the trial you receive full plan access and are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Free trials are limited to one per account.

You may cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling during a free trial ends the trial immediately without charge. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPubliX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, if necessary, sending an email notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
