Available points apply automatically at Paddle checkout when you subscribe, upgrade, or renew. Rules:
- Minimum 1,000 points per transaction
- Up to 50% of the bill can be covered by points
- 100 points = ₹1 (INR) or 10,000 points = $1
- Only available balance counts — pending points must unlock first
Points applied at checkout are not refundable and are not added back to your wallet if your subscription is cancelled or refunded — including if you cancel during a free trial before your first paid charge.
- The cash value of a points discount is not returned when a payment is refunded
- Used points stay deducted from your balance after cancellation or refund
- Pending referral or subscription rewards may be forfeited if the related plan is cancelled before the first paid charge succeeds (including during a free trial)
