Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial
Free trial (eligible first-time subscribers)
Eligible first-time Paddle subscribers may receive a free trial (currently up to 14 days; the exact length and eligibility are shown at checkout). During the trial you receive full access to your selected plan. Nothing is charged today — your locked checkout price is billed automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Free trials are limited to one per account.
Cancelling during a free trial
If you cancel during a free trial from your dashboard, the trial ends immediately, you are not charged, and your account returns to the Free plan. Future subscriptions start without another free trial.
After the trial
When the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout (including any discounts locked in at signup), unless you cancelled before the trial ended. You can manage billing from Dashboard → Subscription.
Paddle (International Purchases)
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for international web subscriptions. Billing, renewals, and processor-level refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's checkout buyer terms.
Razorpay (India / INR Purchases)
Some customers in India may pay in INR through Razorpay. Billing and approved refunds for those charges follow Razorpay and applicable law.
Billing corrections & refunds
AutoPubliX no longer offers a blanket money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. We will still correct verified billing errors — such as duplicate charges, failed activation after a successful payment, or unauthorized transactions after reasonable verification — through the payment processor that handled your charge.

Full subscription, trial, and cancellation terms: Subscription, Trial & Cancellation Policy.
Rewards & Points
AutoPubliX may offer a rewards program that lets you earn points for eligible actions (such as registration, onboarding, referrals, and subscriptions) and apply them as discounts on qualifying subscription payments processed through Paddle. Points are promotional credits only — they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
Redeeming points
- Only your available balance can be used at checkout; pending points must unlock first (for example, after your first paid charge succeeds or when a referred friend completes a milestone).
- Redemption limits, conversion rates, and eligibility rules are shown in your account and on our Rewards pages and may change from time to time.
- When points are applied to a payment, they are deducted from your rewards balance at checkout.
Refunds, cancellations & used points
Points that have been applied to a subscription payment are not refundable, even if you cancel your plan or receive a refund for that subscription (including if you cancel during a free trial before your first paid charge).
- The discount value from redeemed points is not paid back to you in cash when a subscription is refunded.
- Points already used at checkout are not restored to your rewards wallet after cancellation, refund, chargeback, or reversal of a payment.
- Pending points tied to a subscription or referral may be forfeited or clawed back if the related subscription is cancelled or refunded before the first paid charge succeeds (including during a free trial).
Unused points
Points that remain in your available balance (and were not applied to a refunded transaction) generally stay in your account until you redeem them on an eligible purchase, subject to program rules. We may modify, suspend, or end the rewards program with reasonable notice where required.
Questions about rewards or billing: billing@autopublix.com.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Changes become effective upon publication of the updated version unless otherwise required by law.
